How it works
Meshtech’s Cisco Partner solution is based on the Cisco Catalyst 9100 Series Access Point. With the addition of a Meshtech Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) dongle and Meshtech’s Docker Software, the Cisco Catalyst 9100 Series Access Point becomes a fully-functional IoT gateway and eliminates the need to install additional hardware.
The Cisco Catalyst 9100 Series Access Points works as a gateway for a wireless low power network comprising Meshtechs sensor nodes communicates using the BLE protocol formed with Meshtech’s AirMesh software. The gateway which in turn sends data to a Server Cloud using MQTT. The end-user controls the system via an API using their own secure front-end system. Meshtech’s Cisco Partner solution is based on the Cisco Catalyst 9100 Series Access Point. With the addition of a Meshtech Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) dongle and Meshtech’s Docker Software, the Cisco Catalyst 9100 Series Access Point becomes a fully-functional IoT gateway and eliminates the need to install additional gateway hardware.
